دوستان من یه اپل آیدی درست کردم حدودا 6 ماه پیش بعد دوتا سوال امنیتی رو یادم رفته الان،با پشتیبانی اپل که صحبت میکنم منو به راهنمای گام گام هدایت میکنه که اونجا ازم سوال در چه کشوری هستید و نزدیک ترین اپل استور و میخواد

که آخرش از تیم امنیت باید زنگ بزنن به من که به صورت تلفنی صحبت کنیم که به ایران زنگ نمیزنن،تازه ام شارژش کردم کمکم کنید
بیخیالش شدم یخ اپل آیدی دیگه بسازم که آخرش بازم نوشت برای تکمیل شدن ثبت نام با تیم پشتیبانی در تماس باشید دیگه کفرمو در آورده این اپل
از دوستان خواهش میکنم راهنماییم کنن که چطور دو سوال امنیتی آیدی اولم رو پیدا کنم،انگار مکاتبه با تیم پشتیبانی هم برای ما خیری نداره (بهشون گفتم من یکی از کاربرای ایرانیتون هستم دیگه جوابمم ندادن)

From that page, kindly follow these steps:
1) Under “Account Management", select “Lost or forgotten Apple ID password” and click the “Continue” button.
2) Choose the option “Talk to Apple Support Now” to request for a phone call.
3) Enter your first name, last name, email address and phone number (area code and phone number without spaces).
4) You’ll see the “Thank You” page with your case ID. Kindly take note of your case ID and stay near your phone. You will receive a call momentarily. As soon as you receive the phone call, ask to speak with an Account Security Advisor regarding your resetting your security and provide your case number.
If the option “Talk to Apple Support Now” is not available, you may choose “Call Apple Support Later”. Here are the steps:
1) Choose the option “Call Apple Support Later” to generate a Case ID.
2) Enter your first name, last name and email address.
3) You’ll see the “Thank You” page with your case ID. Kindly take note of your case ID and phone the number. Ask to speak with an Account Security Advisor regarding resetting your password and provide your case number.
