یه مشکلی پش اومده برای من تو گوشی 6s
گزینه ایکلاد درایو روشن نمیشه
خیلی تلاش کردم .. اول فکر کردم از گوشی هست ... ریست هارد کردم ... ریست ال ستینگ کردم.. حتی ریستور کردم و درست نشد
بعدش فهمیدم مشکل اصلا از گوشی نیست از اپل ای دی من هست... با اپل ای دی همسرم وارد شدم در گوشی خودم و
دیدم مشکلم حل شد و ایکون icloud drive روشن و خاموش میشه به راحتی
فهمیدم از اپل ای دی هست.. بعد دیدم مشکل من رو یکی دیگه هم داشته که حل نشده

حالا این متنم نوشتم برای اپل خواستم ببینم نظر شما چیه ؟
I have an issue with my Apple ID. I have a 6S phone that when I use the iCloud with the Apple ID and want to turn on the iCloud drive button, I see the message you see in the photo (attached document). And unfortunately it's disabled. I went through all the solutions (hard reset , ios Restore) but unfortunately my problem is not solved. but it works fine with another Apple ID . So I came to the conclusion that The problem lies with my Apple ID. Thank you very much in advance for taking care of my data.
